LSV$GETQ is a  user-customizable exit and thus I cannot  service it. When
LSVNAD was renamed to LSVADM, I  shipped a "shell" LSVNAD file which just
called LSVADM.  I also advised  people who don't have  local applications
calling LSVNAD  (or one  of the  other names) to  delete all  the shells.
Unfortunately, in order to do that you have to modify LSV$GETQ.
