You  are signed  up  with  the IETFHDR  option,  probably defaulted.  The
purpose of this option is to  make your average IETFer happy, so LISTSERV
attempts  to use  the special  102-characters ASCII  used by  the average
IETFer's clickstation. SET listname SHORTB will provide instant relief.
