I'll have to agree with Pete on seeing your confidential list listed when you tell LISTSERV to LIST. (say that five times fast...whew!) :) When I had one of my lists set to confidential= yes, I noticed that too, but when I checked it from another user id, the list did not show up. I'm guessing Pete is right about if you're subscribed, you can see the list, but I never tried it that way. It actually makes sense to me, at least you can see if the list is still listed (i.e., no one hacked it out or something...)
