Does anybody have some specific suggestions about what to say when an error or bounce message goes to the list instead of the list-owner? Since I am basically an end user it is difficult for me to 'lecture' the systems person responsible for configuring mailing software at some site. Also, who specifically should I msg? Postmaster@(the specific host), postmaster@(the domain) or some kind of technical contact person whose name I might see with the Whois command?
