Thanks for the voluminous info.
 
I'm still not clear on how to prevent the kind of thing that
our friend in Alaska (who still is not answerinf his mail:;
 [log in to unmask]) caused.
 
WHat should I do about it?  I don't want to leave teh listonhold longer than
necessary.  I also want to make sure that that problem will not happen
again.
