I have used the LSVPUT on another list successfully, but didn't
use it because it wants a password. This list isn't password protected
yet. Anyone know what I did wrong?

It seems that the review command shouldn't lie.
Maybe you have a bitnet/internet address problem.  Because my
alias bitnet and internet addresses have never been registered
Listserv only sees me as an owner if I command it via a bitnet
route, otherwise it tells me I'm not the owner of the list.
