Review is often helpful for finding someone's address ("I know Bill reads VMESA-L; his address should be in the Review."). It's not infallible, but it's useful enough that I'd try to preserve it. Junk mail generated by commercial subscribers sent to individuals? Annoying, but the wrath will be aimed at the senders, not the list owner who didn't lock the REVIEW command down absolutely tight. Junk mail happens. It's nice to try to deter spamming, but it's a dangerous world out there, and we can't protect our subscribers from everything. Just a thought, Nick * Intelligence demands reasons, not rules.
