You can have notebooks (archives, database, logs, whatever you want to call them) without having a real filelist. If you don't have a filelist your postmaster has to set it up for you. If you have a filelist, GET it, add a new line with the filename filetype and FACS for the file you want to add and PUT it back. Then PUT the file itself. Jim Gerland has some good stuff on this ([log in to unmask]) in LSVOWNER $PACKAGE (at least that used to be the name, haven't checked recently). There are general instructions for different platforms and specific instructions for filelists. If you can't GET that, do an INDEX of the listserv to see if he's changed the name.
