If the two sites who used your FAQ are academic institutions, then the magic word is "plagarism." Plagarism is the use of another's work without acknowledgement. Failure to acknowledge sources has brought down presidents of academic institutions--one used someone's paper as the basis for a graduation speech without mentioning the author, he lost his job! Contact the postmasters and/or highest academic officer of each institution and make your case clearly for plagarism. You will get some action.
