Introduction ============ Since August last year I have been running 5 mailing-lists from my computer at home. These mailing-lists distribute the USENET comp.sys.acorn* hierarchy to Acorn users all over the world who do not have access to NetNews. This month some changes in the newsgroup hierarchy were done. Which resulted in an extra 5 mailing-lists being added. The traffic on the newsgroups is fairly high (approx. 100-200 kB per day in total). This and the increasing popularity of the mailing-lists is putting an ever increasing strain on my bank-account. I do not want to let the popularity of the mailing-lists be their down-fall. Therefore I'm looking for one or more sites who are willing to take over the mailing-lists from me. Details ======= o The mailing-lists distribute the comp.sys.acorn* hierarchy to their subscribers. o There is one mailing-list for each newsgroup o A gateway back to the newsgroup (via the mailing-list) is not supported by my site and is also not requested. One-Way traffic newsgroup -> mailinglist only. o Traffic is approx. 100-200kB/day for all mailing-lists in total. o Mailing-list: Newsgroup: CSA comp.sys.acorn (Will seize to exist in Jul-95) CSA-ANN comp.sys.acorn.announce CSA-TECH comp.sys.acorn.tech (Will seize to exist in Jul-95) CSA-GAMES comp.sys.acorn.games CSA-APPS comp.sys.acorn.apps CSA-HARDW comp.sys.acorn.hardware CSA-MISC comp.sys.acorn.misc CSA-NET comp.sys.acorn.networking CSA-PROG comp.sys.acorn.programmer CS-ARM comp.sys.arm For more information or offers please email me at <[log in to unmask]> Thanks, -- Maurice Hendrix ARM Powered In those days spirits were brave, the stakes were high, men were real men, women were real women, and small furry creatures from Alpha Centauri were real small furry creatures from Alpha Centauri. - Douglas Adams - ...
