Well, lstsrv-m is a closed list.  In any case, it seems that some
funny students fake From: lines and subscribe other people to
mailing lists.  I have the impression that the victims are
journalists, maybe because they write blurb, maybe because their
E-mail address is more visible.
 
3 weeks ago there was one who subscribed also the mailbase lists.
In any case if postmaster or owners have strange problems with
an address from be, just remove them (and do not write messages
to that From: line).
