Though I know NOTHING about that list or list-owner, assuming that you have been reasonable in your approach, and he has been unreasonable, there are a couple avenues that you might take: contact the LISTSERV site's manager (with a copy to the list-owner) with a clear explanation of the problem(s). If that does not result in resolution, then you (or requesting another list member) creating a "competitive" list where your standards of list-ownership and list-participation are better maintained. Make sure you have a WELCOME file that explains list policies and expected behavior of participants, otherwise someone else might complain about how you arbitrarily run the list. -- co-owner INFOSYS, TQM-L, CPARK-L, ERAPPA-L, JANITORS, LDBASE-L, et -L [log in to unmask] "I get paid by the Byte" +1 814 863 1843 31 Shields Bldg. -- Penn State -- University Park, PA 16802-1202 USA
