Yes, BUT one lousy SPAM can degenerate into another 5 or 10 more
messages from your subscribers back to you and/or your list,
and/or OTHER lists complaining about the message!
 
Then if LISTSERV SPAM detection software kicks-in AGAINST your
users who replied back to multiple lists ...  well, you get the
picture.  There are a number of 2nd and 3rd order effects.
