Ah, yes, Neil McRea. Never before have I met more obnoxious, rude, condescending, and unprofessional service provider personnel than at Demon. If you want them to intervene and stop further notifications from being sent, don't expect any help. I tried patiently and politely to obtain assistance, but was ignored for weeks. When I became insistant, I was ignored for weeks. When I filtered our Demon, I was immediately responded to in the aforementioned fashion. The only person who has even given lip-service to helping List Owners with these types of problems that Demon causes is [log in to unmask] You could try mailing him to see if anything can be done.
