Those who get into the situation in the first place might have trouble
following even more instructions once they get into that situation.
 
I don't think we should assume that they are familiar with using
mail and/or LISTSERV commands and chide them.
 
A gentle " GIVE LISTSERV BASICS TO badboy@badhost"
e-mailed to: [log in to unmask] might be just the
education that the user needs.
