It is my experience that when you can communicate directly with the LISTSERV via SET, SEARCH, etc., but do not receive postings, then their is a problem somewhere other than LISTSERV per se -- principally the Internet links that are used among the LISTSERV PEERS, or one of the mail transfer agents (MTAs) e.g., SMTP, at the hosting site, that are involved in LISTSERV Distribute Algorithm i.e., LISTSERV does not use the same path to communicate list distributions as it does to respond to your commands. This typically requires listserv-admin or postmaster involvement at the local site to resolve, or at the intermediate sites. /Pete Weiss
