Privately funded institutions have more freedom to set policy. At UConn it IS possible to permit people at different UConn campuses (provided they are eligible for UConn accounts themselves) to login (only one at a time) to an account. Could you use an account that uses mail forwarding to send mail to moderators (as long as each moderators account is a list owner, that could work, yes)? The major inconvenience is that you would have to log into the moderator account yourself periodically to change the forwarding parameter. /s Murphy A.
