Most mail programs automatically prepend the "--" to sig's, and a great many users do it anyway for anonymous remailer use. If the next incarnation of Eudora automatically adds it, and AOL/Prodigy/CI$ can be convinced to do so, that will nail probably %80 of the net. So then, if LISTSERV automatically cut everything after the "--" before archiving/digesting, it'd save a heck of a lot of disk space/ bandwidth, wouldn't it?
