If employers' computers and accounts are being used the employer has
every right to insist that employess are focusing on company related
activities during working hours. Most employers, I hope, would not
object to employees using the equipment/accounts after hours since this
wouldn't add to the overall expense (would it?).
 
Obviously, employers have no business interfering with their employees
as far as *private* IP accounts accessed from home is concerned.
