I ahve a user who is experiencing delay from up to a week in DIGEST
deliveries. It's the 3rd occurrence in the last 3 months.

I check his sub, no prob' there. He said that the 2 last times he had
his mail account checked by his sysadmin, it looks fine.
 
The last time it stopped for a week and then resumed by itself, I assume
there was a backlog somewhere along the line ...
 
I am just wondering is other listowners have troubles with ".DE" top
domain addresses ?
