Depending on if it is coming from an individual or a list, it could be set by
the user, the mail program the person has, or could have been in the list
itself (do a review of your list and see if users normal names have quotes or
square brackets)

Have you tried using a partial string for your filter?  I use Pegasus, and it
allows me to set as little as one word from anywhere in the address or message
itself to trigger a filter, I always assumed they all would.  So I can set a
filter for eworld, or the whole thing, [log in to unmask]
