Nathan's suggestion of setting Default-Option= REVIEW would solve this
problem.

I suppose it doesn't help that AOL allows people to change their screen
names.  Wouldn't that really make billing for them a hassle?  Also, the
disks and CDs which they practically give away free time on there server
probably doesn't help much either...
