This message means your service provider will not accept mail for SMTP
relay (as an anti-spam measure).  Usually this happens when you are dialed
up to one provider, but reading your mail off another provider and then
attempting to send mail via that provider.  (If you were dialed up inside
them this would not happen).  Contact your provider for more assistance.
