The problem is that there's a lot of non-backbone servers that don't have a *clue* on how to keep up to date, and even after I've sent them "Type *THIS*" instructions, they are still backleveled. The top of my hit list are 2 bitnet sites that are running the 9512 and 9510 tables (yes, two *YEARS* out of date). And you'd *THINK* that the people at "CNET: THE COMPUTER NETWORK" could do better than 9603, which they were running up until Oct 3 (when the 9710 tables went out. To their credit, they *are* now on the 9711 tables. AND YO! A-O-HELL! [log in to unmask] is *still* at 9603.
