Hi y'all!

Wouldn't it be neat if those kindly helpful LISTSERV folks would add some
sort of SEND= PRIVATE,BY OWNER option to LISTSERV 1.8E that wouldn't
bother forwarding messages of non-subscribers to the owner for approval?
