1) some users have problems with DIGESTs in MIME format.   if this
subscriber is set to MIME, then turn that off (NOMIME) and see if it
helps.

2) sometimes there are message size limits set by various ISPs

3) some mail systems place the digest somewhere other than the user's
standard in-box.
