I just checked the SMTP q's on LISTS.PSU.EDU for all undeliverable mail to that [log in to unmask] There are at least 5 q's: 250-Queue for Site: 207.115.58.54 RETRY QUEUE Last Tried: 07:39:17 250-Queue for Site: 207.115.59.248 RETRY QUEUE Last Tried: 07:44:44 250-Queue for Site: 207.115.59.250 RETRY QUEUE Last Tried: 07:37:23 250-Queue for Site: 207.115.62.90 RETRY QUEUE Last Tried: 07:44:41 250-Queue for Site: 207.115.62.91 RETRY QUEUE Last Tried: 07:38:55 Each is PINGable, and NONE respond to SMTP (ok, TELNET port 25 -- rejects the OPEN). It is possible that they changed their MX host and SMTP on VM/CMS hasn't caught up. (I'll leave that as an exercise to the reader to do NSLOOKUPs on MX and A RRs).
