As documented, the first-named editor must be a real person's address, not an
access-class like (listname).

This forces all new subscribers posts to the named moderator(s) for approval.
After 1-2 successful posts (or whenever you shoose) you can set them to
NOREVIEW and they proceed to post normally.

We run several of our big, high traffic lists at L-soft that way.  Really keeps
the spam down to 0.000001%
