|My usual tactic is to redirect such messages back to the people who |originated the intercepted message. That way they either figure out the |solution themselves or they go to the trouble of asking me about it |personally. Excellent advice! The responder who willy-nilly replies back with the entire message: 1) uses more bandwidth 2) requires the receiver to then have to "re-process" the original message 3) uses up more archive space On many REsponses only a "Subject: RE: (original subject)" is needed (but obviously this just a starting point). /Pete
