Well, if you have relatively few HOTMAIL.COM subscribers, then you
may not have noticed it -- the mail servers were accepting mail most of
the time, but extreeeeeeeemely slowly, so that if you have a LOT of
hotmail.com users (and you can bet that there are a lot on the
thousands of lists we host here), the mail queue builds up faster than it
can trickle out, and eventually some messages are there for so long
that they expire and bounce.
