I run an email list for 1,700+ business librarians from all around the world, and BUSLIB-L certainly gets a steady number of postings that contain disclaimers from hell. Here is just one example of one of the law firms, stock brokers, and global business consulting firms that tend to require their employees to have this type of disclaimer at the bottom of each email. It is common, for the disclaimer to take up more space, than the reference question someone from that firm is asking!
