Attachments can be useless or just the opposite. I am running listserv for
academic courses, a list per course so attachments are valuable e.g
course notes, exercises, syllabus, course slides etc.
Of course one can think of an option like:

* Attachments= Yes/No, Log/NOLog (in the notebook)

to please everyone :-)
