If you've got a text file with a column of email addresses you can
subscribe them using email. Remember to include the first and last name
or a "*" in their stead.

ADD listname DD=X IMPORT
//X DD *
email_address1 first last
email_address2 *
email_address3 first last
.....
/*

I then take a text file of email addresses with names and paste it in.
Carefull though, as some email servers will truncate your message. I
usually send 2000 or so at a time.
