You might want to have her try cc:ing you with a copy of her next posting
and see what it actually contains.  I wonder if it might be browser-
dependent?  What browser is she using?

Does the posting come through in its entirety in the archives or not?  I'm
not sure from what you said above.  Do other users get the entire message?
