A footnote to my last message:

Randy, if you meant "*self*-moderated" instead of "*semi*-moderated",
why not just set "Send= Private"?  It would accomplish the same thing.
It doesn't make any sense to self-moderate a list if you want to
reject posts from non-subscribers.  The reason to have a
self-moderated list is to enable subscribers to post without
intervention and have non-subscriber posts sent to the editor instead
of being flat-out rejected.
