What I would like to know is why the listowner wants full moderation but
does not want to deal with postings from nonsubscribers. Full moderation,
for an active list, is itself a chore to the extent that I have my doubts
about postings from nonsubscribers being that much of an extra load,
unless it is that the owner can't recall who is a subscriber and who not.
Still, full moderation is to keep out whatever the editor doesn't want and
I don't see the diff between unwanted postings from subscribers and
unwanted postings from outside. I like to think I have a pretty active
imagination but it sort of fails here.

Clearly there is something I don't get. Douglas
p.s. I can think of a combination of many keyword settings which would
sorta do this but I don't think anyone would be happy with it.
