I use a program called Printkey v.4 (it's freeware) but on looking
up the webpage for you I could only find a Pro trialversion on the
authors webpage now. I can send you a zipped copy from the freeware
version if you want? off-list ofcourse.
It is a single file (576Kb unzipped) and needs no install, simply
unpack the exe and create a shortcut or doubleclick on the exe
file. Simple to handle for all subscribers.
After starting it, it goes to the traybar next to the clock and
doubleclick on it to take a screenshot (and open up the program to
choose what you want).
