links (set or change password; reset browser's password cookie). The source
for this page is a static HTML file (index.html). The template for the
default LISTSERV home page (LISTSERV-HOME in site.wwwtpl) consists of an
HTML META tag to force a refresh using http://listserv.nd.edu/index.html
as the new URL.
