I would suspect, as I don't know for sure, that this is possibly an
encrypted message. Maybe the sender of the message forgot to turn off the
program before they sent this last email. I would suspect this because of
the From/To fields being xxxx'd. Also, after setting us SSL for a website,
they key request and the actual key that you get sent look ver similar to
this.

Subject: Garbled digests
One list has recently been having problems with digest elements coming
through garbled. I've tried changing MIME/NOMIME to no effect, and can't
find what the problem is. A clip from one of these messages is included at
the end of this message. This list is set for SEND=Editor, and almost all
messages are sent from the same address. Can this be LISTSERV's problem, or
is it something from the origin of messages? Thanks for your help...
