I (and loosely speaking for others that have inquired) really would like to
request a method to block attachments coming in via the <listname>-request
address.

Many of us at Maelstrom are getting hammered by spammers that have
discovered the request address and it is already time consuming working
this.  To add insult to injury, much of these are base64 encoded or out
right attachments coming into those address.

I understand the need to have a valid address to contact a listowner at, but
it should not be mandatory that we have to accept attachments also.
