I wonder if you can help me. I am the list owner of the TCS List on the aol
listserver, and this list has existed for nearly a decade.
One of our subscribers has recently been having trouble posting to the
list. She gets the following error message (full transcript appended at the
foot of this message):

So we did the following test, and there was no problem, but still she is
getting these "access denied" error messages. Help! What do I do now?
