Two questions:
1) why is ROOT [attemtping] posting to your list?
2) generally certain "reserved" userids can NOT post to lists, which I
believe includes ROOT, POSTMASTER (and variations) -- why would you want
ROOT to post?
Otherwise issue the command
SERVE [log in to unmask]
