Please let me know if this works! It wouldn't help for those folks who 
quote entire posts without the wackas, but it would weed out the 
majority. I've found that people tend to take rejection by computer a 
lot better than they take reminders from the listowner.

My list has a line limit of 175, which takes care of people quoting 
entire digests (which happened at least once a day prior to setting the 
line limit). But it doesn't help with most excess quoting.
