You need to check the Listserv log for the time when the previous
message
was sent out. Look to see if this subscriber is listed in the log in
the report of
who was sent the most recent message. If the subscriber is listed in
Listserv's
log, the next step is to check the log for your Listserv's mail
transport agent
to see if that log shows a message being sent to that subscriber.
Hopefully, you have access to these logs.
