Any mail to a LISTSERV list will turn internally into one or more
mail jobs, one for each type of header setting in use by the list
subscribers. Apparently, your list subscribers are all set to either
full header or subject header.

Looks like you logging in to the web interface.
*For debugging purposes only* you can set a parameters in your site
configuration with DEBUG_LOG_TCPGUI=1 to have the full text of the
web interface commands logged. However, make sure you remove it when
you're done, otherwise your log files will get HUGE (for example,
each change to a list header would dump the contents of the entire
header to the log).
