Thats what I thought also, but looking more carefully, it appears (as
shown in my previous post) that Lsoft has nothing to do with the bounce.

} change in the SA rules applied, or there could have been something in the
} message that triggered it.  Was there a URL list on one of the URIBLs?

No URL that I saw.
