Listserv now has a way to have replies from gmail addresses show up in
the senders inbox, so threads can be kept intact.

Basically, if you set

Misc-Options= NEW_MESSAGE_ID

then turn on REPRO and turn off ACK, gmail subscribers will be able to
receive the copies of their own posts.

An easy way to do this is with the following command:

Quiet set <listname> REPRO NOACK for *@gmail.com
