Is it possible that the user is viewing distributions from BEFORE
you did the DEL/UNSUB?  The item that you enclosed was from 4 Jan.
(I've run across this myself recently.)
 
(I've checked a number of "configs" and thus my above comment.)
 
Alternatively, do a LISTSERV command --
 
QUIET SET MARKET-L FULL FOR *@*mem*
 
and then ask the user to send you a newly distributed posting.
