This list is not restricted to  technical matters. However, it has always
been  a list  where *practical*  help (technical  or otherwise)  is being
delivered to people who need it. I  don't think LSTOWN-L is the place for
broad philosophical  discussions that will  end up accounting for  75% of
the list's  traffic and make  people who don't have  the time to  read it
leave the list.
