Hi listowners, I have a question about the CONFIRM messages...
 
Do users that are set NOMAIL get a message? I have a couple of
members of my list who think they might have missed the CONFIRM
message when it came when they were NOMAIL for the holidays.
 
If they don't is there a good way to work around this problem?
